With what is traditionally the busiest month in the car sales calendar now closed, Aston Martin Works is celebrating a record sales success this March.
With the numbers for the month totted up, Aston Martin Works is looking back on its busiest new car sales period to date as buyers have sought out its ‘14’-plate sports cars.
The luxury British sports car brand’s newest models – the extreme V12 Vantage S and luxurious Vanquish Volante – have been leading the way, with buyers keen to put their name down for early deliveries of these much sought-after cars.
Based at the historic home of Aston Martin in Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire, Aston Martin Works has for almost 60 years been home to either the factory or, more recently, the brand’s specialist heritage, restoration and servicing operations. A new car showroom opened at Works in 2012.
General Sales Manager at Aston Martin Works, Paul Spires, explained: “Over the course of the month we saw huge excitement about the new Aston Martin models along with continuing interest in the four-door, four-seat, Rapide S and iconic DB9.
“Buyers were also keen to discuss the recently-announced V8 Vantage N430 which made its global debut earlier this month at the Geneva Motor Show.”
He added: “Notching up our best month of new car orders to date, in what remains a challenging but undeniably more optimistic economic climate, is clearly cause for celebration here and I am very pleased that more customers than ever are deciding that Aston Martin Works is the place for them to buy their new sports car.”
